CUSTOM HOMES

Fernmark Homes is currently offering custom homes in on W. Dykie Court, in the heart of Bradford. These large lots are ideally located at the end of the court. The homes will be customized and one of a kind – no duplication will be allowed. Each lot features different specifications and options. Some options could include:

· Excavation room under the garage

· Roof covered veranda or deck 

· Metal roofing

· Back-up automatic electrical power

There is no limit on customization. This home can be exactly what you want it to be.

For every home there will be two sales, one for the lot and one for the dwelling. If you are interested in this project you must first purchase the lot, then prepare the house drawings for pricing and second sale. All building must be through Fernmark Homes.
