Fernmark Homes Ltd. has been working with people to build their dream home since 1998. We have built customized homes in subdivisions located in Barrie and Bradford. We have also built custom estate homes in Bradford, Bond Head, Cookstown, Innisfil, and Stouffville. 

Fernmark Homes is a registered builder with Tarion and has an excellent rating. We have never had an inspection or conciliation with Tarion.
